It has now been 4 weeks since the BC Championships. Is right after a show that you make the most gains. I have gained 5 lbs of muscle in just under 4 weeks. How did I do it? Here is my nutritional and supplementation plan:
I am 4 weeks out to the Canadian Figure Nationals in Toronto on August 28th. I am definitely feeling 4 weeks out, but am staying positive and pushing hard yet smart. It’s important to make sure I do not injure myself or get sick these last four weeks of prep. I have doubled up on my serving of Vitabolic which is helping. I am doing cardio three times a day for 30 minutes, weight training 6 days and week: 3 days of legs and 3 days of shoulders and back.
